I am having a hard time finding any info online about this marbled childrens morph.

Can anyone here enlighten me on the genetics of this morph please?
e.g. does it work the same as the albino morph?
Are there hets?
What's the average % of marbles/hets produced per clutch when breeding,
1. Marble x marble?
2. Marble x het?
3. Marble x wild type?
4. Het x het?

Also, are there any known problems with this morph? Like there are with the albino spotted morph?

Any info would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks turtle.
The more I look at this morph, the more I'm seriously considering adding it to my collection. But I'm not willing to spend thousands of dollars on a project I can't find any breeding information on.

Its a recessive mutation soit works the same as albinos,as far as i no hey have no issues

Also Im pretty sure No Two on here is lucky enough to have one/some. Hopefully he can comment.
I agree with you RSPcrazy, An awesome looking morph.

As mentioned recessive so same as albino darwins. Very Robust and strong morph with so much potential within the children genus.
Most stunning in the flesh. The amount of speckling is varied within the clutch. I prefer the lighter ones but have seen some amazing darker mottled animals. Dave Evans is the man I'd recommend for awesome robust animals. His located in Brisbane. You wouldn't be disappointed with any of his animals.
Here's my little man I sourced from Dave this season. great breeder and a great bloke too.

As mentioned by everyone else, it's a recessive mutation and easily reproduced.
We haven't experienced any health/reproductive problems thus far. Hatchlings are large and typically feed well.

The amount of variation is amazing, the following four animals are out of the same clutch. Needless to say, the next few years will be pretty exciting.

For any enquiries don't hesitate to email Tahnii at [email protected] or myself at [email protected]

Cheers,

David

Thanks for the info everyone. This has been very helpful.
dpeica I've just sent you an email.

I have found it to be a good strong mutation without any sign of defect. I think it will be a great gene to work with and try and figure if particular appearances in adults can be bred for.

Thanks vixen, that is one of this seasons. Very pleased with how some of them are progressing.

I absolutely love them! I have a marble and het pair too. Bred by Tahnii :)
