Gday folks

I've just recently got this jungle carpet python 4 weeks ago, he's feeding very well on Wiener rats but I haven't seen any signs of shedding. Borris is very flighty and snappy, so I've been doing limited movement handling and that seems to do the trick. I usually get 5 bites per handling but that has went down. I was holding him the other day (handing bitten me) and I was talking to my partner and he went for my face, gave me a fright but I'll get over it

You have a good-looking Jungle Python there. It sounds typically snappy but hopefully it will become more amenable to handling with time.

As Bushman said Nick, they usually calm down with age.

Let's hope so, he's a gorgeous boy and I want to see him grow into the beast that he is , just got to stay persistent I reckon!
