Giving my snake to a friend

Hi all,

I am moving out of my parents home in July and will be unable to take my Diamond Python with me. Leaving it at my parents place will be an option but I don't think I will be able to take care of it well enough that I am willing to do that. I have a friend that has wanted to get a snake for a while and is willing to take it. I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is any legislation/process for this in NSW, as I can't find anything on it. Is it as simple as him getting a license and an enclosure and then I can just hand him over? Or would I need to hand him to a dealer first?

Your friend gets a license, you do a movement from you to him, same as if it were a sale. Simple.
