Does anyone have any info they can share on albino tigers?
I know there were a couple kicking around a few years ago, did it produce hets, die or still just kicking around with no luck yet?

Or have there been any other ones pop up that people are likely to breed from?

It's my understanding that the albino I remember was the offspring of a roadkill female found by pure chance in western district. There are stories of others seen in the same local for some years but this is only what I have heard.

The only one I know of was found when a bloke was removing a retaining wall in his yard, two were spotted in a clutch of babies and unfortunately all the babies but one albino were killed. From what I was told the guy tried to pass it on to various zoos and parks but nobody wanted it or didnt believe it was albino. As far as I know it was passed between a couple of respected keepers and unfortunately passed away before a breeding program was fully implemented
