Driftwood?

Hey, I was wondering if anybody knows where I can find a nice piece of wood for my Childrens python enclousre. I live on the central coast and next to a reserve so could I just go in there and find a suitable sized log?

Get a nice gum tree branch and soak it in the tub with boiling water

As per the above, you cannot collect wood from reserves or protected areas without the proper authorization.

Get a nice gum tree branch and give it a quick brush over to remove and loose material

DanielM, if you know anyone that lives on a big property with trees I'm sure they'd be more than happy if you wanted to relieve them of a big branch or two.
