Hey peeps, ive been thinking about my next snake for ages now, and cant decide between like a high yellow jungle or a bredli. For people who have jungles just wondering if you find them easy to keep/maintain. Ive seen pics of jungles coiled up around branches like GTP's do, and it looks really cool. Ive heard that jungles tend to be a bit more snappy, however that doesnt bother me. Ive considered a woma, but for some reason they dont really appeal to me, but then again i know nothing of their temprament or behavior. Ive also considered a brown tree snake, those "night tigers" look really awsome. If i had the money however i would get a gtp hands down. anyways comments much appreciated, pics more than welcome.

Hey Champ,
the jungle i have is a wonderful snake, she has never biten me or even become cage protected, never turns down a feed either, extremely easy to look after, but same goes with my bredli python aswell, but i handle all my snakes at least once a day.

If your at all considering a woma you should at least go and have a look at a few, they are wonderful snakes and a pleasure to keep...well at least my ones are... but their not everyones cup of tea. BTS can be painfull feeders, take into account the vast majority of them are WC.. Bredli can get pretty big and take up a bit of room and Jungles can be a bit snappy, and finding one that still looks A1 after 3 or 4 years of age is still a challenge.... do your homework, know what your up against and choose the snake YOU want, not what others think you should get.

Hey jason, yer ive heard that bts can be troublesome feeders, i just think they look awsome, like i intend to get vens much later on but a bts i think would be good experience before i move on to vens. And trust me bud, of course id get the snake i want not what others think i should get.

I've been thinking of getting some BTS too, just have other challengers on at the moment and you can only keep so many time consuming animals... If you have a small collection and willing to put in the time I'd always pick the challenging animal. Womas, Bredli and Jungles are being bred in their thousands, it would really be rewarding to crack BTS's, just need to put in the time and keep them set up well.

Go for a diamond python.
Really pretty, and quite nice natures.
Though mine is a picky eater...

Your best to get exactly what you want and not what anybody else tells you. Im also looking into getting a pair of brown tree snakes soon, Ive been interested in them for a long time but also want them for the challenge and getting them to breed factor.

without a doubt - a jungle :D

one of my 2008 holdbacks (not for sale)

No i didnt, i got her as a juvie, i have had my jungle x diamond since a hatchy but and it has never biten either. im not saying that go ahead and buy one, just giving you a lil insight. I have heard and seen jungles that are very snappy but i think its how much you handle them to. Good luck but in choose your snake, im sure eventually you would have bought one of each :)

Colin its not fair why do you keep putting pictures of snakes up that ARENT for sale it drives us all nuts!
