My Ridge Tail Monitor has a big lump on his back left leg :/

I have a ridge tail monitor nearly a year old i have had him since he was a hatchy
and a week or 2 i seen this little lump on his leg and it has gotten bigger and i don't know what it is :'(
the lump is tough ?
could some body help?
