Sorry mate, my herp books have all been packed ready to move. But if anyone can tell me what they are, I'm in West Wyalong western NSW, I'd love to know.
 
Marbled gecko. Formerly Phyllodactylus marmoratus, but I think is now known as Christinus marmoratus
 
The gecko looks more like Gehyra variegata to me. The scorp is an Isometroides species, most likely Isometroides vescus unless a recent revision has been done.

any one no the laws on taking scorps from the wild, is it just the same as a little kid putting like a daddy long legs in a jar or more complicated then that
