i cant believe how calmly you caught it,....neither of you look even the tinest bit stressed!!

Haha nice one Baz, poor thing didn't even look like he had gotten a feed for all his efforts in getting into that room though

Liking the videos mate, thanks for sharing

Yeah Gordo, ive worked with browns aswell, but I knew this was a tiger before i got there, from the description and the area, could only really be a tiger.
Brown snakes are a special treat for me when they do show, which is very rarely.
The last one I got here had an amazing temperment and rode the hook like a captive.
Hopefully that snake found a good home as reloction on the peninsula was not practical and I gave it to Lost Reptile Home.

Another nice vid Baz, it's much better without the **** movie soundtrack !

What a lovely looking Tiger, if you ever come to Armidale, you can have all my "special treat" callouts :)!!

Your right Mark, this place was pretty messy.

The day before this, i went to a callout at a canary breeders facility.
That place was spotless, you could eat off the floor there, and no rodent activity at all.

Maybe budgies are just messier than canaries?

Maybe canary people are cleaner than budgie people....

Nice capture. I like your calm attitude without hype, and the way you grasped the snake a good way along the body rather than damaging the body by holding him at the tip of the tail like so many others do. Stuff like that often helps to keep the snake nice and calm. Lots of people hurt/damage the snake... no wonder they think snakes are nasty creatures!

At 1.22 you say Tigers are 'budgie smugglers', I think the budgies heard you because at that point you can hear them all freaking out!

awesome capture, very relaxed situation on both ends. Budgies are messier than canaries but that is no reason to keep em like that. I keep my budgie aviary spotless even though it requires some time and effore its part of owning em :)

Thanks guys, Im posting a video of the release later of two tigers.I had an apprentice ranger with me along to take pics and learn a bit about snakes.
I hope it turns out.
