hey i have a pretty urgent message, okay my jungle python accidently bite his lip. i managed to unhook the tooth from his lip and i dont think it bled. but what im worried about is while i had him pinned down to do so. i knocked off some of his shed in the process of holding him down. :L i feel terrible but i had t hold him down firmly in order to unhook his tooth, advice please?????

peeled it off with handling by accident while i was unhooking his lip****

It will be fine. There may a dryish patch where the skin was separated after this upcoming shed, but it will clear up completely after the next shed after this one.

It wont harm him at all. As long is was already coming off it'll be fine. I've had to help one of my snakes shed before so this isn't a worry :) Just leave him be while he continues to shed and he will be looking schmicko in no time!
