advanced reptile thermostat problems

just purchased a new thermostat, and just wondering if anyone else has bought/owns this same thermo and had any problems...i plug my heat light into it and nothing comes on. temps are set

Do you have it in the correct plug? One is for the timer and the other one is for heat. It is not real clear which is which.

I have sold a lot of these without any problems. Maybe you might need to take it back to place of purchase for a replacement. We have a video on our site of how to use them. Maybe check it out to double check you have done everything correctly.

yeah i might need a replacement, the little red light that is ment to indicated heat is on, isn't showing either

Take it back it must be faulty. It will be covered under warranty.
