Other Details
The following are available right now. Others will become available as soon as they have had enough feeds. Almost all are female. The only male will not be ready until March at the earliest.
This active little one fed early, then quit eating for a month. C is now feeding so well that s/he strikes out as soon as I get near! However, s/he is fine in hand - just gets excited about the approach. C is looking a bit pale right now due to an imminent shed (the 2nd). I do not have a definite sex, as this baby probed 5 deep on one side and 7 on the other. The rest were probing about 3 deep for females and 12 for males. I popped the hatchies at birth, but the bits are so tiny that I had trouble telling what is what. I THINK C is female, but am not 100% positive. S/he would best go to someone with no immediate breeding plans, as additional probing will be needed.
M is the largest of the hatchlings and has already had a second shed. She has a nice calm temperament and is a great feeder. She has had about 10 feeds, so well-established.
F is not really as pale as she looks in the photo. She is dusky in preparation for her second shed. I left her on the climbing frame because she was easier to photograph that way. She loves to climb. She has had a least 6 feeds. Her temperament is calm and inquisitive.
E is not as close to the second shed as the others because she started feeding a bit later. She is now eating well and has the usual calm, inquisitive temperament.
Here are the parents in the process of mating!
