Yeah it sucks when they don't come through. I am just stoaked as didn't know if my HTC would be getting it. Its alot faster and better then the previous version!

I have my android rooted and love it. I can't stand bloatware. I think the rom Im running atm is actually the UK version. Isn't jellybean coming out soon?

The Galaxy two doesn't come with ice cream (4.0) you have to update it. It was only released at the start of last month.

just be careful, you have to make sure your current android device is powerful enough to run the new OS, it's more demanding on the CPU.
else it'll run slow and be annoying.
the question you have to ask yourself is, does my phone NEED the new OS?
what benefit will I acquire from installing it over the current version?

Not quite correct. I got an Optus S2 with 4.0.3 pre installed.
More surprisingly it is possible to remove the bloatware without rooting!

True true. Was ypir Galaxy 2 a newer release tho or did you buy it ages ago?

Either way I am stoaked with the upgrade. Makes it run smooooother
