Are their any Mechainces on here?
I need some help with a VR commie.

Here is my problem. my mother inlaws car started playing up 2 days ago. It wouldnt start or even kick over. Then we were told to start it in nutral. And that worked. And has been working. Untill early this morning. A friend with experience with working on cars told us its the sensor behind the harmonick balancer. So we went and brought a new 1 and replaced it.
It was still doing the same problem. We were about to go get dinner and now it wont start at all.
Can anyone help me please?

I just got a job anc its my first day tomorrow :'(

yup i agree , try puting it from park to neutral - then back to park a couple of times then try and start the car

An easier way to test the crank angle sensor ( which you replaced) would be to pour water on it and try starting.
Is it like that all the time or just when hot or cold?

We tryed moving the gears back and forth. It happens all the time. And yes it does try and cranck over when its between nutral and revers.
