Any sparkys out there?

Wondering if there are any electricians floating around? We have one of these random circular power points on our island bench that lifts up out of the bench. We've managed to snap the little handle on it and my husband(who is an electrician of sorts but not a household one so hasn't come across one of these before) pulled it apart but now can't work out how to put it back together :lol: The brand is Moduline and googling doesn't seem to help me find it either. Wondering if any one has come across one of these and either can give us a run down of how to reassemble it or can tell us a model number or where we may be able to order parts for it...
