Our legal system annoys me. He COULD face a $1,000,000 fine OR 7 years jail. There should be no could. They should throw the book at him and give both those penalties to him then double it because of the way he did it. Of course they have to find him first.

Why is not possible to check registrations of that type of vehicle and check through them? Particularly any that are used for construction as opposed to earth moving... surely that would narrow things down. Aside from that, i hope he gets what's coming!
