I wonder why? roadkill on the roads creates more roadkill when animals come to feed on it. sad that. Some people have no idea about hygene let alone animal care. Reminds me of a story here about a woman who had 70 dogs all living in excrement and filth. 2nd offenders should be banned from owning animals for life. (perhaps some can be educated.
