I'd just like to apologise to everyone and anyone who was on my email list, I've had a rather savage virus/worm attack my computer and send itself to nearly the entire email list on my computer, untill I deleted all my contacts. Again very sorry, i was lucky to be able to warn most people not to open the virus infected email. Anyway lesson learnt on my part - never open an email supposedly from the CIA.

Viruses are a pain in the but. In the last 2 months, I have been hijacked and also had a virus where I couldn't open internet explorer last week. Had to re-do my computer again. Install a firewall IMO

The advice of my brother the computer guru of the family is to use mozilla firefow as your browser instead of explorer. Far less security holes as many spyware/adware/viruses exploit certain security points in explorer. Not a perfect solution but safer than explorer.

Yep, Firefox is king, it craps all over Explorer, once you try Tab browsing you will never go back!
