Appetite

Hi Guys

I tried to feed Alvin (my 7 month old jungle python) yesterday and he turned his nose up at the fuzzy I offered him.....24 hours later he has eaten two.

My other Jungle Elvira is far less fussy and makes it so much more obvious when she is hungry....she does the whole 'hunting' thing head down on the dowel etc....Alvin on the other hand I have to sort of guess........

Anyone else find they have to get the timing just right to get their snakes to eat ?

Mine usually take straight from the hand every week, but sometimes they don't in that case I leave the prey item under the heat lamp over night. 9 times out of 10 it is taken by morning
