I wonder if it is true that Dan Kelly and Steve Heart of the famed kelly gang survived the fire the was believed to have killed the whole group.. there is a gentleman whom it is believed could be Dan Kelly whom was killed by decapitation when hit by a coal train many years after the pub standoff..

On channel 9 just then there was a lady that claims dan kelly was her grandfather,apparently he survived the fire & moved to queensland with steve heart.They are currently trying to acces neds dna to test it against her grandfathers to confirm it was dan kelly,will be interesting to see how it pans out.
