One of my beardies has a very nice creamy yellow coloration on most of her head, mingled with white and along her sides and underbelly.
This color seems to have developed since i got her (i think its her, could be him lol) oct long weekend. If I remember right it looked as grey as the other two then, though I could be mistaken. Simon?
Until now I beleived barbata's were all grey, or black when in the sun etc.?
Anyway, its definately coloring up, im stoked!

BARBATA

We have a few of these in our reptile pit, some are grey/black and a couple of others are like a yellowy sandy colour, but seem to change colour! They all seemed dull grey in the beginning.

RE: BARBATA

cool thanks Fay, this one above seems to be the only one of the three with this color and seems to stay this color, although it goes darker when excited, feeding, picked up etc. :D

RE: BARBATA

Dan,
There is a fair bit of variation in the barbatas that I've found. An older male I have quite often displays as if he is yellowy/goldy.
