Well, if you have them in together, then... YES, is IS possible for the two beardies to breed!
My advice, especially if you don't want the hassle of finding x-amount of new enclosures + set-up, finding x-amount of new homes for the babies, then keep them separate!
Yes they will breed regardless of parentage provided they are a M/F pair!
Now what you have to think of here is one mating can and does produce
up 3-4 clutches, A clutch can range from 8 to 30 eggs depending on the female
and her condition.
They are not cheap to breed as the hatchies will require feeding 2-3 times a day
on live crickets and woodies plus veg after they have established.
They eat a hell of a lot of bugs!
