Bearded Dragon Sheds??

Cannot be bothered looking through heaps of threads/topics atm? Just wondering? Do Beardies just shed in lots of bits n pieces of skin? Our Yellow Phase Beardie "Stumpy" is rubbing off heaps of skin on his log and branch? Is this normal? So, they do not shed their skin in one piece like snakes do?? He looks a bit raggedy at the moment with lots of dry skin hanging off. ( First time Beardie keepers)Any comments/suggestions gratefully received, thanks, Cheryl

Yes Cheryl always shed in pieces. If you're finding that he's having real trouble you can soak him in some shallow water for 10 mins at a time to held him along.
