Hi Everyone, I'm looking into maybe getting either a small monitor or a frilly.. My question about the frilly is, would a hatchie be ok in with a hatchie beardie enclosure? Not going to put a small monitor in with them in case anyone misread the first bit, I'm just looking into both liz's as i want to research the hell out of both before i get either, and make sure i either have the right enclosure for one, or know that if i put a baby frilly in a beardie tank are they all going to be ok.. And also prices on both, I have no idea where to start to find a frilly and monitors I'm getting all kinds of prices from 180 up to 400, so confusing !

Thanks for listening to my stupid questions lol

eheehee lol.. but if u put it up a fairys dress ud be a goblin

I'm not too sure on the housing of frillys and Beardies together.. Small monitors I would say depends on what species.. And the frillys go for around $400 - $600 mark.

i have 3 frilly hatchies and 6 beardie hatchies in one enclosure atm. they are totally fine. just be careful as they get older my last lot i had to seperate cause i had too many males in there. the frillys will out grow the beardies after 3-6months but not by to much... easiest thing to do is just keep an eye on them esp when feeding make sure everyone getting a fair feed :)

Your crazy of you feed them right the frillies will outgrow the beardies and double there size in the first month and frillies are a much more aggressive feeders. The beardies will not get anything to eat.

well mine seem to be going just fine, i even have one perticular beardie who dominates a frilly even tho he smaller. and frills will grow faster the whole time, i meant that at 3-6 months there is gonna be a massive difference in size growth. just talking from personal exp
