G'day,
I've just been charged with the job of deciding what light/heating is required for our (my work) existing enclosures. It's all come about because I commented that heat matts and UV/florescence tubes do not provide a 'heat gradient' within the enclosures. At the moment I'm looking to upgrade the blue tongue cages and the pythons. All the cages are wooden and are 120cm/40cm. The blue tongues are shorter at 40cm high and the snake are 60cm high. Ideally there would be as few wires as possible, I'm really liking the solar glo lamps (we have them for the turtles) but I'm thinking they might be a bit full on for the blueys and cannot be mounted on the walls (the cages are stackers). Does anyone have any suggestions?
