Bigpond customers

Hi guys , it has come to our attention that some telstra bigpond customers are having problems getting on to our site.

The reason for this is that bigpond have a problem with their DNS servers, they know about the problem but wont do anything for us because we are not bigpond customers.

However if you as a customer ring them and let them know that you cannot access the site, they will correct the fault at their end.

Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

lol ok, I just went and changed my username but couldn't change the address, I'll do that now.

you just have to add a shipping address in the administration section (below the search)

If you can access our homepage on this address http://202.125.44.94 but cant go anywhere from it then just let telstra know that you can access the site from the ISP but not from the domain name, that will help them isolate the fault and cut down your time on the phone
