Bitten by a Venemous?

A recent tall story that I read got me thinking. How many of our members have actually been bitten by a venemous snake? I'm talking actual members. Not second hand stories about some bloke you know that has been bitten. (Most people seem to have one of those). Not pythons either but venemous snakes.


I put this thread in chit-chat instead of a snake related one but would it be possible to keep this thread on topic?? Pretty please?

I have never been bitten by a venemous snake. I do own a Tiger snake but I hope to never find out what a bite feels like.

Ive never been bitten by a venemous personally. I am curious, but still, i dont think i would really want to be bitten.

Crikey, I got bitten by a hoop snake once. !! Spent all day in hospital with Dr's and nurses laughing at me, could never work out why. :? :lol:

Have voted yes if bts's are included...been chewed on by these guys a few times with no symptoms so to speak!They can be cranky buggers!

I bit my tongue the other day, but I'm alright........

I had a close call with brown or copperhead not sure jumped a farmers fence and was stuck on leg, but was fourtunate for my jeans and thick socks that the fangs never penatrated, otherwise I would be in really trouble being that I on pushie about 45min from nearest hospital
