Black marks

Hi everyone , I have a albino Darwin about 1 year old , she hasn't eaten in the last three weeks, she also has some black marks on her head, they don't look like mites and they are nowhere else on her body, any help would be awesome. Temps are good, she also has been bathing in water, Sorry for the bad photo,
