it would do for a little while if its a young one. they do grow fairly quick but and seem to like having a bit of room to move around. Basically give them access to water, a few hides, basking lamp and uv light ( i find the uv factor debatable as they spend a fair amount of time hiding if places are provided and probably don't get much exposure to it anyway, take them outside for a good couple of hours each week as much as you can), and i find they love having a substrate they can dig in. i use aspen and they have little tunnels everywhere.
Any other questions just post em up or send a pm, they are fairly easy to care for, and tend to be funny little characters.
