I thought Trent Barrett was excellent, was surprised he didn't get man of the match. Very surprising game. None of the QLD players stood out at all, even my darling Shane Webke :cry:

Just the way the media beat up how he walked off early after the game 2 loss. He put it in perspective last night saying why he walked off early was that he was getting a headstart on planning game 3 and it payed off. He copped a bad lot of press this time round and he didn't deserve it in the slightest. I'm a big fan of him and his coaching style.

I don't understand all the hype that surrounds origin coaches, in my opinion they do jackshit. Players have already been selected for their exceptional skill, all the origin coaches to do is get them to play as a team... which the players could probably do by themselves anyway.
