George dubyah was sitting in his office in the White House in the midst of his advisors discussing current military events when the phone rang. George answered and listened before mumbling something and hanging up the phone.

He closed his eyes for a few seconds while breathing deeply.

"Gentlemen", he said in a grave tone. "3 Brazilian soldiers have just been killed by insurgents". "Lets take a moment to reflect on this".

Half way through the moment of slience he spoke up.
