Brisbane APS Gathering.....

All these little APS gathering that happen down South, well its time we in South East Queensland have one of our own....sure you guys south of the boarder are welcome.

Date is to be advised (when it gets hotter) Around first week of December
BYO BBQ at Bellbird Grove Mount Nebo road.
Then a Nite drive to Mount Nebo and Mount Glorious and a nite walk in Miyala rainforest.

Remeber there are some venomous species up there "Rough Scaled snake and Death adders" so if you bring Kids keep them safe.

Bring your cameras, for a good nite.

Ok Guys,

Date. 12th December

BBQ. 1 PM At bellbird Grove Mount Nebo Rd , Mount Nebo, 4 kms from the The Gap (Subburb of Brissie). BYO EVERYTHING, incuding cars, but if you dont have one maybe you can hitch a ride with one of the other drivers I may have seat but will know closer to the date (Might even hire a mini bus.)

Whats involved with the day, Starts off with the BBQ, I will check out a low impact bush walk, and when it get nice and dark we will drive (very slowly no prizes to reach the top first) the roads insearch of reptiles. Again there are some vems up there so children must be watched.

It will be great to meet you guys and I hope that some of our southern friend will be able to join in.....if not I am sure that plenty of photos will be put on this site.
