The Brisbane Members of APS got together for a BBQ late last year from memory. I couldnt go and I never heard any reports about it.

Maybe should have another one?

Reports of the day were posted, I still remember our encounter with the Komodo Dragon as if it were yesterday.
It actually turned out to be a good day and I agree another one is called for now the weather is more reptile condusive.

Yes mate, but somewhere on the northside.

Yes it started at Walkabout Creek which is NPWS premises where they have an interesting little collection of reptiles and animals, from there a few of us went on to Bellbird Grove on the road to Mt Nebo. It was here we encountered the monster monitor on a nature ramble, the beast was easily 15 feet long and would have taken all of APS to subdue.
It was a good day and we really should organise another.
