Can different species of turtles be friends?

Hi everyone,

I have a 2yr old boy short neck macquarie turtle that is approx 15cm in diameter and I have the opportunity to get a Krefft turtle who is also a boy but is approx 25cm.

Can anyone tell me if different species of turtles can get along together?? I have a 6ft x 1.5ft x 2ft tank and I'm also not sure if this is enough room for the 2 turtles.

Aside from decorative logs etc and a dock the only other thing in the tank is a Bumblebee fish who is seemingly best mates with my turtle

Any advice would be really really really appreciated!

it one those things you just have see i have eastern long neck and NT long neck in together but ones 2 years others 7 months
