What was it sold to you as. But it looks like a coastal

Hmmm so you "bought" it and dont know what it is, yet you know where it's local is?

I brought it from an old couple in townsvile, i found them in a local newspaper add saying pythons for sale $50 and a number thats it, i rang them, they told me where to meet i handed over 50$ signed papers and left, and even on my movement papers it only says carpet python, and in the scientific name space its blank nothing was writen that space.

Calm down buddy. The way you worded sounded like it was wild caught. Just cause the people lived in townsvile doesn't make it a townsvile local species lol. But it is a coastal.
