Submit a ticket in the support centre, the admin dont see every thread.

yer support center not working hasn't done for me for a while

you should be able to post your own adverts in the marketplace but you cant reply to anyone else's adverts in their ads.. you need to private message them if you want to communicate with an advertiser.
