Yellow-banded Poison Frogs (Dendrobates leucomelas):

A big South American Bushmaster (Lachesis muta):

And the huge terrarium:

Dyeing Poison Frogs (Dendrobates tinctorius):

Chihuahua Mountain Kingsnake or Tarahumara Kingsnake (Lampropeltis pyromelana knoblochi):

South American Rattlesnake or Tropical Rattlesnake (Crotalus durissus cumanensis):

Mexican Beaded Lizard (Heloderma horridum ssp.) sleeping in its cavity:

And a nice big tank with a Gila Monster (Heloderma suspectum ssp.).
The lizard was sleeping in the cavity on the right:

A huge and beautiful tank for Anoles:

Baja California Rock Lizards (Petrosaurus thalassinus):

Diamondback Terrapin (Malaclemys terrapin ssp.):

Cuvier's Dwarf Caiman (Paleosuchus palpebrosus):

Nile Crocodiles (Crocodylus niloticus):

Hehe, yes, same here!

I spent around 3 hours in the aquarium/terrarium.

Beautiful pictures, and what amazing setups! It didn't occur to me to go to the Zoo in Koln, I was too busy gawping at the Cathedral. Do you live there, Lars? It's a beautiful city.

No, I live in the South and it's around 1000 km's bidirectional from me.
But as my dad had to go there on business I took the opportunity and drove with him.
