Colour choices

Hi guys,
Building a new monitor enclsoure for my mertens, as most will know from previous post. Have found a company that makes non toxic sealent for ponds etc. I need to make a colour choice.... Not sure what to go with. I would like black but I'm worried the mertens won't stand out very well againts it.... Opinions?

tan or copper look good but depend on hat else you are doing.
