Ok friends and fellow Herp Lovers here is the news everyone has been waiting for, The confirmation and details for the Port Macquarie Reptile Expo to be held in March 2015
Northcoast Herpetology Group Expo 2015..At PANTHERS Port Macquarie sunday 29/03/2015
Doors open 10am close 3-- 3.30pm
Vendors open from 7am with rear access
Stalls start at $50 for 1 table (1800 * 850) or $70 for 2 (club members is $40 and $60)
a 50% non refundable deposit will be required
A floor plan with table allocation will be sent with booking conformation with address of venue
Entry fee for the public sector will be $5 per person over 12 and $2 for under 12 under 4 will be free.
With each stall holder 4 people will recieve free entry only before 10am..
Bank details for deposit will be supplied via email
Book with name with expo after it..We will know how many tables by the deposit

We are also looking for someone to donate a Python for our raffle on the day, after talking with my brother the President of the North Coast Herpetology Group he told me that whoever donates a Python for the raffle will also get prime position at the expo if they wish to sell/exhibit their wares or animals and there was also some talk of reduced table costs as well.
It has been decided that due to space restrictions there will be no venomous animals at "THIS" Expo, but if we can make this 1 a good enough success and get good enough feedback we may change that for the next 1.
At this time it has been decided there will be only 40 tables available, in this way we can offer a reasonable amount of tables as well as plenty of room for people with strollers, wheelchairs and any other type of mobility aids.
So get in quick as i think this will sell out pretty quickly, Any other details you would like to find out ie sponsorship and advertising please contact Norm Halling at the normkat email address
