We welcome all general questions and queries from anyone who has an idea on how to make the site better or improve the online Aussie Pythons and Snakes experience. You can either post it in the Site Feedback section of the forums or if you prefer to keep it out of the public eye, please use the Contact Us form.
Online Technical Support
Before contacting the Aussie Pythons & Snakes technical support team, we suggest you search the knowledgebase and check the "Our Community" Forum to see if your question has already been answered. If you can't find the answer to your question there, you can email [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Once you submit a request, you should receive an automated response right away, letting you know that it has been received. Our policy is to respond to questions or requests within five working days, however more complicated requests may take more time. If, for what ever reason you do not get an automated response or you receive no reply within the timeframe, please contact a Mod or Admin.
Feedback/Complaints
If you have any feedback about our site or complaints, please do not contact our moderators directly via PM. All feedback or complaints should be handled centrally via our official channels. To do this please email [email protected].
