There are still 10s of thousands of Australians who are overseas for work , or on holidays , or family reasons , or who are on cruise ships that have been visiting other countries .
Everyone of them is potential covid-19 carrier and so respect a clear and present danger to nation should we continue allowing them to return to Australia , 2 weeks at home quarantine has proven ineffective , and most of the infections in Australia are either returned Australian workers or tourists or their direct family or contacts .
We are at a critical point in the pandemic and getting close to overloading the capacity of our ICUs and doctors to cope .
I think Morrison must tell them to stay put and wait it out overseas or on the ships until a proven treatment or vaccine is developed and has been dispersed throughout Australia's community.
