Ok now that i am really getting into breeding and getting more lizards (lol its so addictive) i am going to start breeding crickets, woodies, mealworms and those speckeled feeder roaches. I have all the stuff for breeding crickets but what is the best food i can feed them so that my lizards grow big and healthy? Also any sheets on setups for woodies, crickets and mealies would be great.
Thanks Jordy:D

Woodies & speckled feeder roaches are the same thing.
The herp shop has all the info you will need on them; The Herp Shop - Australia
Mealworms take a considerable amount of time, but if you do a search on the net you will find the info you are after. Crickets take a reasonable outlay if you want to breed them in any numbers, as they are finicky at best & prone to diseases.

heres a basic care sheet.
keep the adults in a large storage container with a fair bit of height so they cant jump out. crickets need a lot of ventalation so if you need a lid make sure most of it consists of aluminium fly sreen. stack about half the container with egg cartons for hides as these are very neccesery. i use carrot, zuchini and cucumber sliced as a water source. make sure you put new ones in every 2nd day at least. they also eat lettuce leaves and dry dog food. in summer you shouldnt need any heat but if you are breeding them in winter they need to be kept warm (around 28C). you will also need a small container filled with peat moss for the female crickets to lay their eggs in. females are the ones with a long spike looking thing coming out of their abdomens. you should here a continous corous of chirping which is like theyre mating call. after a day or so you should observe the females in their laying containers. after a day or two of this remove the container and put in a warm place that is a constant 30Cish. they will hatch after 10 days or so.

Hopefully this will help you out a bit. any more questions feel free to ask.
Cheers
Mark
