Hi,
[email protected]/arcade Sells crickets/roaches which I found out through this forum thanks. Here is a message I received from them - self explainatory
Jules

Hi, due to a sharp increase in regular orders that we guarantee to fulfil we are unable to offer most of the insects for one off orders this week. I have just placed Adult Crickets, Cockroaches and fly pupae back on line.
We are also in the process of moving and once re-established at the new premises will be increasing the colonies to match demand. We hope to have all the sizes on the web site again in a few weeks.
Once insects are re-offered the only way to guarantee supply is by placing an ongoing regular order.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Ann

i am pretty sure another place you can get them is at green scorpion under live food i have never ordered thru them yet but i know they list it

"WOODIES FOR SALE" on this site sells cheap woodies in bulk.

lol,. Dave is telling you to Contact WOODIESFORSALE,. he is a member on this site,.
the link you are trying to access is just part of Daves signature.

jemmi woodies (i think that is how its spelt) do woodies, and they were really good. they also deliver on monday, tuesday, wednesday and thursday. they were cheap too. herpshop does woodies which are also good value. none of them do crickets though... what were the crickets for? i switched to woodies and they are heaps better... cheaper, better for the animal, breed crazily, eat anything, don't smell, don't jump, don't make noise, you can't kill them (they also live for a year) and many more pluses (and they are no where near as disgusting as household cockroaches)

camt will frogs eat woodies as happily as they eat crickets?

jemmi woodies is "WOODIES FOR SALE' :)

wow, i didn't even know that! i was searching for the woodies for sale person when i was trying to find someone, but couldn't find them... then someone told me about this jemmi woodies lady and she was really good. there you go... i have no idea about frogs... i guess it would be alright, how different can crickets and woodies be in terms of make-up? but yeah i don't have a clue about frogs... someone else will though

I am struggling to get small woodies for my daughters 2 baby BD's. I have tried woodiesforsale and various other places but from the feedback I have received they are in short supply at the moment.

They do like crickets though, but they are bloody expensive.

have you tried herpshop? they do woodies in small sizes as well as the big ones, but yeh i am not sure if they have any in stock. i heard when i had trouble getting some that because of the heatwave in Victoria not too long ago, many of the cricket suppliers populations got wiped out, so they ran out of crickets. then people had to switch to woodies, so then they ran out of woodies as well! good luck finding them (you should also try breeding them (you don't really have to 'try' much!) which saves a lot of money in the long run and requires no effort whatsoever

yeah I have gone to the Herp Shop site, they aren't doing small woodies at the moment. I have a colony set up ready to go but I need fluon (which i will order from the Herp Shop)

Otherwise try Livefoods Unlimited on the Gold Coast, dont have a web site but if you search it on white pages there is a email address

hi does anyone know the contact details for personal pet services( email address or phone contact_) as i'm needing a supplier for crix
thanx

Brian has good quantities of woodies but could sell them all 10 times over at the moment. It seems that many of the insect breeders do not understand the importance of air conditioning and many had their breeding colonies have been wiped out. This is just not a Melbourne issue. Insect breders as far a field as Perth are looking to rebuild their breeding stock. Brian will happily supply feeder roaches to his regulars and others in appropriate quantities. He will not however be jeopadising his breeding colonies by over supplying.
