Can anyone give me an update on there situation? Most of the information I seem to come across is old news.

Is there further research being done, what measures have been taken to protect the know populations & have they made it into captivity yet?

G'day Mr.Boyd,

They are definitely in captivity, and have been bred a few times. With regards to any research on wild populations, I'm not sure.

Mr. Boyd

Just ring and ask them. You want to talk to a fella called Manolis, great bloke and always seems happy to answer my questions. Last i asked them was about 3 or 4 years ago. They had all the feshies in with each other at that time and didn't regulate the breeding so there would likely have been crosses bred. Gavin Bedford also used to have some that i think he hatched from wild collected eggs.

There's definately a few out there. But best to ring and ask rather than getting the he said she said off the internet.
