In Florida. An interesting article that I think will stimulate some discussion. Personally, I find it horrific, but there is always the other side to the story, and this report is pretty one-sided. I'd be interested to hear the opposing points of views from the developers and government - maybe the reporter will publish those in coming days (although I doubt it).

Thats just appauling. How can u justify killing something for a fee that will take so long to pick back up. bloody 20 years till females are sexually active. thats just unreal how many they can kill.
