hey to all im just really curious if i have 2 male beardies or females, the reptile keeper who i got them off said one was a boy and was a female, 3months has gone by and im starting to wonder if he was even right i did some research and read that the male has 2 little buldges and the female has one or something like that, but when i checked both my reptiles they both had the male appearance which is worrying me......but the odd thing is the act like a female and male they sleep together head bob and try to mate or something and sometimes sit on eachother and im thinking males would fight wouldnt they???? or they could be to males but really good freinds or even gay but yes i really need help thanks.

You couldn't really tell gender without pics
and generally I wouldn't advise keeping 2males together though I know of males getting along just fine, if not in breeding season
males beard will turn black, females don't do this
and in the case of my Beardy, the tail end also goes black at this point
