does anyone know James Miller or Mark Roberts. both of their renewal forms turned up at our place today with their names, but addressed to our property. tried to call NPWS but apparently they don't answer phones after lunch.

Interesting... I had some trouble with DECC for letting my Lic elapse a year back, as I didn't realise ( I had a 5 year lic) as I never got a renewal in the mail.... DECC swore blind they sent it..... looks like they were telling the truth, they just sent it to someone else.... What a friggin joke :lol:

What ever happened to Permit Holder's Details remaining PRIVATE.

Far out, by the number of people who have already posted that they have received other's mail, all from DECC, that is disgraceful on their behalf. We should all complain to get this sorted out!!!!!!!1

What was extremely odd was when I got someone elses renewal I sent it on to them and it have MY licence number number Go Figure!!

So it was addressed to someone else with my address but the lic number and type was mine and mine isnt due for another 5 months. Looks like alot of others have had the same deal so DONT send it on to the person its addressed to, return to DECCW or the addressed person will have all your details but your name. I only became aware after I gave the letter to the person who opened it and realised all the details besides the name were not his. When I informed DECCW they informed me they were aware of the problem.
