Dog attacked bluetongue

My dog just attacked a bluetongue in our backyard. It seems to be alright except she bit off the last couple inches of her tail. I`ve cleaned it and put some betadine on it. What else should I do?

Put her in a low traffic area where other animals wont find her, if her condition worsens take her to a vet...
