Hi there,
I have become quite interested in alot of the climber/arboreal geckos rather than the terrestrial species.

These have come to include the Gehyra, otherwise known as Dtella Geckos. They are extremely variable and widespread throughout Mainland Australia but they appear uncommon in captive breeding stock.

At present, I know of the following species being bred:
-G.Variegata
-G.Australis
-G.Nana
-G.Dubia
and G.Purpurascens.

I am not wanting to buy, I am just interested to see what else, if else any other Gehyra are out there.

Thanks,
Shawn

I guess its because they are small and not much to look at, most would rather look at the Saltuarius or Phyllurus as better arboreal species

As said above, Dtella are extremely Variable by length, colour and habitat preferences.

They still make excellent Arboreal Gecko Pets and IMO, they are the Original Tail Dropping Lizard we all saw climbing our windows at nights when we were kids.

G variegata are on the takers list over here in WA but very few if any have been taken as far as i know. No other species can be legally taken as yet.

I own two tree Dtella geckos and two Dtella eggs waiting to hatch.
