Duble glObe 1 Blown and making fizzing nozzes

hey guys in my 2ft enclosure for my 8mnth coastal i have a Imit thermo connected to a duel bayyonet heat bulbs. well one blew today and everytime the thermo turn it off the other one is making a fizzing sound whats going on

It sounds as though something may be wrong with the wiring? Have you had bulbs blow constantly prior?

nah this is the first globe that has blown in it so far
